| Equipments for making the tools |
| We use the most precise equipment of tooling and process and adopt a consistent work flow standard to build up the progressive stamping tools: from the selection of material, raw material processing, heat treatment on the template, precise machinery processing, quality inspection on all components, tool assembling and testing, secondary processing (tapping, bending, assembly), heat treatment, surface treatment and so on, each step of the work flow has to pass strict control in order to achieving the high precise standard to meet customers’ requirements. |
