With 200 winding and shielding machines,
at Dinkle Enterprise we can produce transforms
and mutual inductors with diameters ranging
from 20 mm to 250 mm. In addition, we are
also able to coil the wires in various methods
to provide a wide variety of product structure.

At Dinkle Enterprise, we have fully-featured
testing equipments, 50 counter inspection
devices, and full sets of measuring devices
to carry out the entire testing procedures
on all products. The laboratories are able
to perform professional testing on the product
resistance to various elements such as humidity,
pressure, temperature, and aging.

With our rapid production rates, Dinkle
Enterprise can produce up to 500,000 units
per month. A 30% increase in production
rate will only take 60 days of preparation
on the current production architecture,
and our plan is to reach the highest rate
of 1.5 million units per month to satisfy
the customer demands.
